You could use just a little of the meat (turkey or ham) and do stir fries.
A good WW meal is "stir fry" w/ a little bit of pasta and a little bit of meat if you ahve the Points. I use my stir fry pan, put some water in it, bring to a boil and break up a small bit of angel hair noodles into it because they cook quickly (about 1 Pt's worth). Then I throw a bag of frozen veggies in there to cook w/ some sauce (1-2 Points). If I have any more Points left, I might throw a little bit of already cooked meat in there. I guess it's not authentic SF, but it's quick, tasty to me, filling and very low Points.
