Chopped turkey breast, chopped celery (it was kind of over the hill, but it worked), red seedless grapes and toasted walnuts, seasoned with salt, pepper, parsley and dill weed. I used a little mayo, but it wasn't quite moist enough, so I sloshed in some pineapple juice. They all said they liked it. I also brought French rolls (for them) and heated them up.
Betsy brought a cranberry salad made with cherry Jell-o, nuts, etc., Linda had relishes and drinks and Myra brought a bag of Milano chocolate raspberry cookies. Lunch was a hit! We will do it again, although not weekly before the pinochle game.
