Have you ever asked how your bank handles a disputed charge?
Last week I had a duplicate charge on my statement. It was after 5pm so I emailed the bank and told them it was a duplicate and I wanted to dispute it and asked how to do that since there wasn't a form on their site. They replied that I am supposed to call the store (it was Walmart) and get them to refund.
I haven't called my other banks with debit cards to see how they handle it, but I am very disappointed in this method. And I have to use the card 15 times a month to get my 4% interest.
