I get up anytime between 5 and 6 am usually tho lately I have hit a few days of sleeping till 6:45. I get up, reheat coffee most days ( I make a big pot and then reheat it for 2 or 3 days) then I get online a bit.... usually my boyfriend calls me and we chat for a bit and then I get off the phone with him. Try to get into the shower before the kids are awake. Then I wake them up an hour before we have to leave here, help them get breakfast, I eat while they are eating, usually making toast for me and them, then I take my vitamins and coach DD along to get dressed, brush her teeth, brush her hair- she is a slow poke... Make sure they both brush teeth after they eat and then head out to drop off whomever needs to be dropped off.
I have been making lunches in the AM but plan to go back to prepping them at night time. I have not been home, with kids off to school in quite a while... so I'm not really sure what I will be doing with myself other than looking for a job! But I am hoping to finish some projects I want to do, like recover kitchen chairs and make that quilt I mentioned in another post, for DD.... I am very much looking forward to driving a WHOLE lot less... For the first time I won't be responsible for driving anyone anywhere... They will both be taking the bus to and from school- yeah! This should prove to be a BIG gasoline savings, not to mention stress reducer!
Some place, still missing (in a box some place in my garage I am sure)is one of those things that hangs over the closet rod and is labeled Monday-Friday... I need to find this thing for DD... then she and I can lay out outfits on Sundays and this should help reduce her dilly dallying, at least a little... I just bought one for Ds age 9, but I know I already have one for DD.....
