Our good friend Paula at Monroe on a Budget posted a link today to a CNN blog. The blogster was assigned to eat on $30 a week...the amount of the average SNAP/food stamps allotment. As you'll see if you follow the link, that was $30 for one person. Be sure to read at least some of the comments (there were over 700 at last count!).
