I switched from the Jimmy Dean breakfast croissants that I normally keep at work (they come out to 92 cents apiece) to oatmeal, which I jazz up with dried fruit I already have on hand. I almost always bring leftovers for lunch. Today I brought a hot dog. I cooked a couple things over the weekend and we've been eating the leftovers all week, tonight will be the first night I cook all week. I know limiting yourself to such a low amount can be done, but I'd hate to have to do it all the time.
