we keep making different kinds.
I used to keep trying a ciabatta recipe (not using a machine) loaded with dried fruit but never got just what I wanted. In fact the store where I bought the original did not have the same thing on a subsequent visit. It was tough and chewy, which we like, packed full of nuts and dried fruit. I know it was a ciabatta but could not get the texture we wanted nor just quite the flavor which I can not recall enough to describe but would know if I tasted it. sigh. And last I looked the store now makes it with carob bits in it too which completely ruined it for us.
