| There is still some of that good ol' boy thing going on there.
I second the recommendation of Ace. There is one in DeSoto that is great if you get in that neighborhood. I think it is Westlake Ace (related to the one in Arlington). It is at Hampton and Beltline.
Just don't ever let them talk down to you. Ever.
