I think it just said beef roast. I didn't pay attention to the grade either. There wsa little marbling. I cooked it on low for 4 hours in a crock pot that is about 5 years old. This crock gets super hot, and I find no difference if it's on high or low. If I cook anything for longer than 5 hours, it is over done, even on low.
I put the roast on a bed of potatos, onions, and carrots, and poured the coke around it to keep the seasoning on the meat. There was liquid at the bottom - maybe 2 cups, which I assume ws the coke.
Now I need to figure out what to do with the dry meat.
