You might just consider doing a Whole30. one month. No dairy, no grains, no legumes, no sugar, no artificial anything including no artificial sweetener. 30 days. It's just a thought. I'm not claiming to know the answer to what ails you, but I have heard SO MANY stories of peoples' health completely transformed--and I am one of them. Just a thought, that's all.....
