Dh and I are both back on. we will buy the low carb atkins snacks sometimes. I do have the atkins shakes in the house. Its a quick grab and go meal replacement. I will use a little flour to make sausage gravy with so we can have brinner with the kids. I am a professional cook so I am probably more aware than some over what will knock us out of ketosis. We also hit the gym and walk 2 miles a day while taking lunch and breaks at work. We were on it for a year and lost 50lbs each. In June though we went on vacation and ate our way through Disney World. Them we have been really lax through the holidays. We have gained half back. so back to the grindstone.
