PJ, I have a few questions for you

The jest of my message is that dh and I are considering buying a travel trailer and living in it year round. Just dh, me and our cat. Do alot of parks allow year round living? Are the space rents reasonable or at least a lot less than a space with a mobile home on it? This is all new to us. Any and all suggestions would be appreciated. We are low income and trying to find living quarters within our means. We have located a trailer that we still have to arrange to look at, but from what pictures we have seen we like it. It is 7 years old and a two bedroom. Thanks PJ for your expertise in this area.
