Since last July I have not been walking like I used to because of pain in my knees and hips. The doc can't find a reason why I am in pain; I think it has to do with menopause since around my period the pain increases a lot.
I eat pretty well, but have a hard time later at night with wanting to snack and not walking...I have gained about 10 lbs. My goal is to lose it over the summer and start doing yoga again.
