I haven't used it in over a decade, however, so honestly, I don't remember anything except that I had no problems with it. Just follow the directions. I had never canned anything before, and I was able to figure it out with just the directions and maybe some internet searches, which means anybody can! LOL!
I bet there are videos on youtube that show you how to use it.
