That night we had a mix of tortilla sizes. Some people used a large tortilla and rolled the filling up like a burrito, then ate it with their hands. A couple people rolled it in a small tortilla and used a fork. One person ate the beans and rice with a fork, with a tortilla on the side. I make this with flour tortillas but I've been known in the past to eat leftovers like a dip with homemade tortilla chips made with corn tortillas.
