maybe I could move the book case, but not the desk. I wish it owuld fit in the livingroom or something, but it does not. My living room/dining room area is pretty narrow, and I already have an entertainment unit,recliner, 3 seater couch and end table in the LR and a bench, table, 4 chairs and small table with stereo on it in my dining room.
