I just finished paying off a hospital bill. My hospital told me they did not offer a discount for a cash payment so I set up a monthly,no interest, payment plan. I called every month and put the payment on my credit card. Each time I asked about a discount for paying the bill off in full. At the 5th of 12 payments the hospital offered me a 30% discount to pay the bill in full. They allowed me to put that payment on my cc! Hospital policies can change so keep asking questions!
