I am at my heaviest I ever been too. I don't like how I feel. My health goals: I want to lose 40 lbs and maintain a healthy form of eating for the rest of my life.
I am eating just nut butters, rice foods, vegetables and fruits. Nothing pre-packaged. I stopped all my vitamins and supplements. I suppose I am doing a type of fast, but I plan on making this my staple diet for a while to see how I feel mentally and physically.
I am strolling, very slow walking every night during break. When I am doing homework I will use one of those stretch strands of rubbery material to exercise my arms gently. So far so good. I am trying not to overstress my pitiful muscles.
