I just spray painted a bench and used a spray paint handle. Wow, I will never spray paint anything without it again! What a great product. No hand fatigue and great control over the nozzle. You've probably all been using them for years, but I haven't sprayed anything in awhile. I bought the Rustoleum brand because the finger grip was larger than the other one and it fit my hand better. It was less than $7 and the cheaper one was $3. Worth every penny. I have a headboard, large mirror frame and a metal corner display thingy on the list of things to do next. I also used a spray primer for the first time because it's a bench and will get significant use by the door. I can't really rate that yet since it hasn't gotten banged around yet.

I've made a brown rice salad with an asian dressing twice in the last week or so because we like it so much. Other than that, no new recipes here.
