whew, I am beat! Did all that running, except JC Penny was closed when I was there (before 10 am). But I got all that done then went to the Drs and dropped off his new Rxs and then bought eggs at the farm stand and filled the car with gas.
My kids let me nap in my newly made up bed, that was AWESOME!!! I'm so happy with the bed and my room. As a thank you to my kids for letting me sleep I made a batch of TWG "Cracker Jacks" with them, they came out good! Not exactly like Cracker Jacks.... but good. Dd (age 6) wants to know why they are called Cracker jacks if there are no crackers in them..... I went to run my dishwasher and found I had no dish powder so I ran out to Wal-mart (closest/cheapest place) to get that and bought a big box for now and a smaller one to have in the pantry.... Dishwasher is now filled and running.
I also did a load of wash and hung some on hangers to dry. Kids are going to bed soon and then I am looking forward to either reading in my book or else watching some more Doc Martin....
I thawed some sausage pattys for tomorrow night for dinner. Might make some tuna-mac to go with it too as I only have one little payyt per person.... I'm running down on a bunch of things, but am trying to be creative and use what else I have instead of knee-jerk adding it to the grocery list and running out for stuff.
