I went to the new house to put out the trash and when I was driving off I saw this rug a few doors down. I couldn't lift it by myself and when dh said he had an errand to run that night I asked him to swing by and look at it. He managed to get it into the trunk, which is amazing because it was so heavy I'd have guessed there was a dead body rolled inside. When unrolled it was completely covered in cat hair and there were a couple of catnip mice included but it didn't smell and wasn't stained. I stretched it out on the rental porch and used my rug cleaner on it. It looks a bit blotchy but isn't in real life. Ds thinks it's ugly, I really like it and dh loves it because it was FREE!
It's wool and about 8'x10'. Right now I'm planning on putting it under the dining room table.
