Cabbage freezes beautifully! Use it in soups (0 point garden soup, for instance!) or stir fry or egg rolls, etc. Shred it or chop it in the food processor first or slice thinly--however you would prepare it for your dish, and then bag it and freeze it. I don't worry about blanching it first, because I'm gonna cook it enough to kill any pathogens anyway when I do use it.
