Last night I made a pillow case, dresser scarf and stack of baby washcloths from the scraps of the other two. Super hero flannel was on sale 75% off, you see... so I had some in the stack.
I don't know how to do all the different things (rolled hem,gathering etc.) but I'm not sure I even care, honestly!
I gave my mom's serger back to her when I moved here because my kids were of an age where I wasn't sewing for them much anymore, but now we are at a time when I could sew for myself and there will be grandchildren to sew for soon, I think.
My mom made me cute cloth diapers for my kids and I guess I need to pass that on. I'm dying to try that PUL...
