We love meatloaf. Hubby makes a mean meatloaf mixture, mine is not so good so he's the architect. We always buy enough meat for at least 2, then I cook one in the oven and freeze 1 or 2 more. The frozen ones go in the crockpot, only partially thawed. Fresh ones have a weird texture and fall apart when cooked in the crockpot but the frozen ones turn out perfect.
