coffee grounds in the coffee.....

I'm not sure why but it seems my Mr Coffee maker is giving me a lot of trouble... the basket is not draining right and the coffee grounds are going over the top and then I am ended up with lots of grounds in the pot, if not a complete over flow. I use disposable paper filters for it, and I have washed the plastic basket that sits in several times- both by hand and in the dishwasher. I have looked to see if it looks clogged and there is nothing I can see....

Any advice? Other then washing it all really good and looking for a clog, I don't really know what to do... is it time to just replace this thing??? It's about 2 years old but it is one of the cheaper, no timer modlels.
