My daughter LOVES zucchini. I'll have to try that. For now, I'm just throwing it in olive oil/salt/pepper on the grill. It's too hot to turn on the oven.
Last night I sauteed frozen green beans in olive oil. Threw in a little kosher salt near the end. It was delicious.
