Like Sheila said - I would start with everything that is open. I would put it all out and do it buffet style until it is gone. I would do sandwiches, tacos, salads and assorted fresh fruit or vegetables on the side.
Limp vegetables go fine in soup as long as they taste okay before they go in.
I'd also make chili out of the stuff you've got and add pasta for leftovers.
