Wednesday

So far I have laundry going, got dh off to work, fed my high maintenance pet and let the chickens out! My plans for today are to sneak off to another town 40 miles away with my friend Kim. I need to take mom's phone back and get a new battery and the closest office is there. So we decided to hit the thrift stores and walmart and kmart.

Yesterday I got on a roll and cooked up several chicken breasts, shredded the meat and froze it for later quick meals. Then made a big pot of spagetti sauce and canned 5 pints of it. Also fried up some hamburger meat for quick taco salads or indian tacos. Dh grilled us a steak and we had zucchini, peppers and yellow squash kabobs along with fried okra for supper.

This week they are fracking a well a mile from us and oh is it loud! It's a horizontal well so probably goes right under my house!!

Yesterday I made a dentist appt at a town 75 miles away, Kim is making one for the same day, so we can go together. Its a dentist that sedates you, so we plan to get estimates, then schedule our stuff so one can drive the other home!! One of these days, Thelma and Louise may have pretty teeth!! LOL

We ordered a big sign for the rv park, so I may end up going and getting it, if the guy calls today.
