season it again in the oven but do NOT do it upside down.. you want the oil to remain in it and stay there so don't do the upside down way....
Also yeah- what are you washing it with and are you retreating it after each washing? When they are new(er) after you wash it you have to put it on the stove and heat it up, then I take a good amount of oil on a paper towel and wipe it down good, then let it cool. Older- really well seasoned ones don't need this but one that is not seasoned well will.
Edited just to clarify I too have 2 of them- one older, very old, well seasoned one is great, the newer one I bought at BB and B is sooo rough and I don't use it at all.
