Ranch Dressing
1 Cup Mayonaise
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 rounded tsp. dried parsley
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. seasoning salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Wisk it all together and refridgerate for an hour before using.

I wonder if I freeze a bit of buttermilk if i can make it from frozen starter like yogurt?

Use about 1/2 cup starter for a quart of whole or skim milk. Make sure the buttermilk has live cultures...
