What are you making for dinner tonight?

I am planning to make meatballs in brown gravy (packet from aldi $.33) over rice and green beans on the side. I'm sick and this is an easy meal....

I've been out of town for the most of the last 2 weeks, and dh will either be fixing dinner for me - or we'll be eating out (I'm not sure his plan). I should probably thaw some steaks, and let him prepare them for dinner.

I got the butcher to cut me some very thin strips of beef and I bought bean sprouts, mange tout peas and baby sweet corn, so I'm set to go.

I have a half made strawberry and blackberry crumble made too.

And I'm gonna eat it tonight! Very busy day today. We're having Swiss steak. It's already cooked and frozen in the gravy. I will make some rice and whatever veggie I can find and call it good.

Maybe some meat. Maybe not. That is what we have for supper every night.

Hubby is out of town, no kids around to feed, I might make myself a baked potato.
