I hate to clean the bathrooms so it hardly gets done! Then it is a huge mess
so it takes even longer to clean. Ahhh the cycle! I clean them when someone
is going to come over! lol
I also don't really like to mop. My DH does it mostly. So that means it gets
done about once a month. I do vaccum it every two or three days though. My
DH just bought one of those steam mops and he really likes it so hopefully
it will get done more often.
If we move up by Maxine I may have to ask her to stop by twice a month to
check on my bathrooms! lol

The papers on kitchen counter are probably my biggest challenge. Can't figure out where to put the stuff so it stays on there! Things like the sales papers, coupons, notes for school about something happening in two days, charity request letters, etc. I tried sorting it once and putting similar types together but still didn't know where they go!!!
A better question for me might be "what do you LIKE to do"

And I'd still have to think awhile to come up with something. But top on my list is cleaning bathrooms and mopping. Cleaning windows must be pretty high up there too since I think I've only cleaned a couple of windows one time in 15 years.
Well, I can't believe the stuff that is not I Can't Believe It's Not Butter is not I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, and I can't believe that both I Can't Believe It's Not Butter and the stuff that I can't believe is not I Can't Believe It's Not Butter are both, in fact, not butter. - Alice
that i can't do the outside of the top window bc of the storm windows (you need an engineering degree to take them out - they're ancient!) so if i clean the bottom window and the top one's all dirty and milky... that'd look bad....
we have curtains and blinds so i can't see the windows from the inside. Eventually we have to replace them anyway.
the upstairs ones are replacement windows and i windex the inside once or twice a year, the outside doesn't really get too dirty! I've done the outsides once in the 9 years we've been in the house.
I hate cleaning...I would rather be doing anything else. But Laundry is the one thing I hate doing more than anything. I love to iron though. It's so therapeutic to mash the wrinkles out and leave behind a crisp, clean smooth surface. Plus, I get a lot of thinking done while ironing...
I love ironing. It is something that doesn't get messed up in less than 24 hours. I also love washing clothes. When I visit my kids they are happy because they know I will do the laundry. I have something against dirty clothes just sitting there.
I clean the bathrooms everyday..at the least the sink and toilet.
What I don't like is cleaning outside my house. People here are gross and throw stuff on the ground. Ciggie butts are a biggie and I hate this. In the summer I probably clean the sidewalk and street in front of my house more to keep the dust down. Now that brings up my all time worst cleaning job...DUSTING. Where does all that dust come from??
That's pretty obvious from that picture I posted, HUH?
I don't know if it's because I feel like Sysaphus endlessly pushing the rock uphill, or it's the perfectionist that can't stand throwing toys in bins without sorting them properly, etc. etc., but I can't stand picking up toys. DH tends to be the one to do it. He doesn't care if all the parts aren't matched up and put back together.
I've taken a new interest in washing dishes lately. My hands have been so dry and cracking/bleeding this year, that I was avoiding any kind of washing like the plague. Finally, I bought some rubber gloves and my dishwashing aversion is gone. I actually moisturize my hands while I'm washing by putting on lotion right before I stick my hands in the gloves. My DH thinks I'm a freak because I won't put my hand under water AT ALL without my gloves on. LOL!

I love vacuuming

If I'm vacuuming it means that everything is off the floor and I'm at the last step of cleaning the room. Plus I get satisfaction from hearing all the stuff being sucked off the floor. I know, I'm weird.
