so sorry to hear about Chico and I can only begin to imagine how you must be feeling at the moment. Do you have any photos that you could post as there are a lot of 'eyes' on this forum and many of us are out and about at lots of events. Try to stay positive and our thoughts are with you.

To be honest time and perseverance is your best bet, you can try putting an add in Horse and Hound I have known that to work. There have been no sightings of him at all, so think publicity is your best bet to spread the word.

i have put him in HORSE magazine. just feels like im in a dead end really. thanks for lookingfor me.

Dont give up I know people who had all four of their shetlands stolen and they got them all back one by one it took the best part of a year. They put an add in the horse and hound and got the ladt 2 back so its worth a try.

I am the person who had the 4 shetlands stolen, You have to keep looking and don't give up.2 Was missing for 14 months.
My Mum put a ad in the Horse and Hound last May has we still had two missing and it worked within 2 weeks they were both back with my other 2.

no i havent.found out that alot of saddlers have taken down my posters.
i did have a lady from london called sharon edwards contacting southall market to check there passport files.i met her at reading in this december but havent herd anything back from her either?where do i go now? thanks kayleigh

it has been confermed that chico did not have a passport issued at southall market in any of the months before they closed after he was stolen. i am now wandering if he ended up at a sale in wales???

hi, i know this sounds wrong but i would just take her back? if she is in poor conditon i THINK law would be on your side.I also belive the police would also say that there is nothing they can do as it is a sival matter? its ok for other people to go arround stealing other peoples babys and getting away with it!! I may sound like a sour cow but its down to the anger and sadness i have been left with after my chico was stolen.if i saw him in a field somewhere i dont honestly think i stand and wait for the police to come?i would just take him!!

your not a horrible person you just generaly care about your horse and animals in general.
i know it sounds bad but i have seriously concidered doing it.
would the police really say that it is a cival matter? even though i have no form of paperwork to say that she is mine? i mean she is not mine on paper but she is and im the only person that has ever been there for her come rain or shine now she is just left dumped in a field an they keep threatning to sell her wich they never do she is just used a weapon against me.i think its a controll thing.
i was so looking forward to breaking her in and now all my hard work an effort has gone down the drain.
i spoke to an equine liasion officer a few months ago and she said there was nothing i can do wouldnt i get accused of theft or something? or if they say its a civil matter would my grandparents be advised to take it to court as i know that they would not do that because of the expense.

hi kayleigh im so sorry for your loss,Ill keep my eyes open as well,does chico have anyother markings at all.ive seen one with a white spot on his hind quaters.
