Attempted theft in Mattingley

Since my last three thefts (see my last posting) they came back, again!! This time it was in daylight during some really bad weather, they took an electric fence battery, and tried to take an excercise cart, which they had trouble lifting over the gate, they bent the wheel then left it. If you see anyone suspisious when driving along Bottle lane, Mattingley, please report to police.
