WW Biscuits

1- cup self rising flour
2-tlbs reduced -fat Mayonnaise
1/2 cup skim milk or reduced-fat buttermilk

Mix all together and spoon into eight muffin tins spray with pam.
Bake at 425 degress until brown

8 biscuits 1 point per biscuit
6 biscuits 1 1/2 per biscuit
