Cheesy Chicken Strips--these are better than Shake'n'Bake!
Tater Tots--bake as package directs
Fruit Salad w/pina colada yogurt dressing
Green beans

Dee's Cheesy Chicken Strips
1 pound unbreaded chicken breast tenders or b-less s-less breast meat, cut in strips
2 cups Cheez-its
1/2 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 egg

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Crush crackers in a large resealable bag and add cheese. Beat egg in large bowl, add chicken to egg and toss to coat. Remove chicken from egg, allow excess egg to drip back into bowl, then place chicken in bag of cracker mixture. Seal bag and shake evenly with cracker mix. Place chicken in a single layer on baking pan (use foil and spray with nonstick spray for easier cleanup). Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes, or until no longer pink in center. Serve with dipping sauces, such as barbecue or ranch, if desired.
