Hamada Tournament-Dec 13, 2008, Your help needed
byLCC puts on a great tournament but we need the help of the parents and fans.
We need volunteers, hospitality suite donations and hosts for wrestlers.
Volunteering (Volunteer coordinator is Julie Cox)
High School Siblings and LCC Students are also welcome to volunteer. We need volunteers for:
Setting up (early morning)
Concessions (all day starting at 7am)
Ticket Sales (all day starting at 7am)
Clean up (after the tournament ends)
(We have the hospitality room volunteers and the food pickup covered)
Hospitality Room Contribution: (Coordinator Cindy Nelson)
Each wrestling family will be asked to contribute food for the Hospitality Suite for the Coaches and Refs. We will contributions for breakfast, lunch, beverages and snacks. Hospitality Suite Coordinator is Cindy Nelson.
Host family: Some families will be hosting wrestlers from another school. If you can host 2 wrestlers, Friday and Saturday night, contact Kristie Grisafe.
This tournament is very important to the LCC wrestling program. Julie Cox, Cindy Nelson and Kristie Grisafe will be contacting you. If you haven't talked to them, please make contact with them at the next dual meet vs Monte Vista on Tuesday, December 9th.
