WASH - your wrestling practice clothes regularly (daily is preferred). Wash shower towles/ bed sheets 3. SPRAY - your skin with a product such as KS skin protectant before wrestling. 4. WALK - on wrestling mat only with wrestling shoes (not the shoes you wear outdoors). 5. TREAT - the skin infection at the earliest sign of occurrence. 6. SEEK - the help of a dermatologist if the skin infection does not clear soon. 7. Wash hair with Selsun Blue-Medicated 8. WATCH - for signs of skin infection frequently (have someone check areas you cant see). 9. DONT PICK! 10. RESPECT - those performing the skin checks at meets, they are there to ensure the safety of all wrestlers. 11. WASH YOUR HANDS, FACE, AND BRUSH YOUR TEETH. PUT ON DEODORANT!
