      Catherine Keener in "Malkovich" definitely is, but..

      Gandalf is NOT gay. Tolkein would be apalled at such an interpretation. Ian McKellan is gay, of course, but I don't think he played the role particularly gay.

      Jason Miller in "The Exorcist" is not gay either. Very little evidence and I agree irrelevant anyway.

      Charlton Heston is not gay in "Ben Hur". Anonymous up there is right that just because a guy takes his shirt off doesn;t mean he's gay. I know, I'm straight and I take my shirt off pretty much every day.
