Kate Winslet is a good actress, but... (no login)
...but I've lost some respect for her. For example:

In all seriousness, she's putting a lot of importance on winning an Oscar? Why? Just act and forget the award. I'll continue to see her movies and cher her on in life (yay!) but I really wish she would just forget about the Academy.

I love the fact that she has been so open about the fact that she wants to win one. I hate the line of bullsh*t that most actors use "its a honor just to be nominated." Winslet has lost five times and it is her time now. I am just really glad that she is going to win for a deserving role not a payback role.
