because i doubt that Avatar will be nominated for Best Picture. i hope that The Dark Knight snub this past year proves that it is extremely unlikely for a big blockbuster like Avatar (which i will guess Avatar will be SOMEWHAT along the same lines as TDK) to be nominated for BP.
