Yes, Meryl Streep is amazing and she looks very into her character in Julie & Julia, and like many other years she is probably a lock for a nomination again...BUT I would not underestimate Mo'nique she won for dramatic performance at Sundance and she is not an unknown. She hosted Vh1's Charm School and established herself as a role model for many women. This may all have been build up for Oscar season this year and with her performance she might land the nomination and perhaps even the win.
