Dammit, they blew it...

I saw a screening a few months ago and it was great; all the performances were top notch, the story was extremely involving, creating many moments of palpable tension, and I could have seriously seen it getting some Oscar attention...

It's really a shame since it could have easily broken the mold of becoming both a critical and box office success as far as the war in Iraq goes (no, I haven't seen "The Hurt Locker" yet)

All I'll say is, if Green Zone is as good as The Hurt Locker, it's 1.) High praise, and 2.) really weird that they're putting it in March...

Whats really weird about it, is after the screening like 23 of the 25 people polled gave it an 8-10 or higher...so unless my screening was a fluke testing was super positive.

Interesting...where was your test held, if I may ask?
