Can you ask the executives in the query section to be polite when there is a inquiry.

She was so rude to answer a simple question, may be they get the same call thousand times even during the 1001 call they should talk politely. This spoils the reputation for the school.

Same courtesy everywhere...
I don't understand one thing that do they follow it or not what's mentioned in sanskrit "VIDYA DADATI VINAYAM" (Education make you polite)..

But again I find two reasons:
1. No ethics it only business
2. Parents are always in receiving side because of demand & supply ration
