Is there any member of this forum who lives in the state of New Jersey and knows a store called "The Product Wizard"? I need your help. I am a South African from Johannesburg. I bought some airgun shooting accessories online from The Product Wizard in January (exact date: 1/21/2007) and have not received the package yet.
On the day I placed the order, The Product Wizard sales team sent me an order conformation email with this order confirmation number (51780), and an order number (87186). The email also indicates that the order was shipped to Johannesburg on 1/22/2007 through UPS World Wide Express. Also, my credit card accoun clearly reflects a transaction for the exact amount of the items I bought (plust shipping costs).
I have sent numerous emails and faxes to The Product Wizard over the past three weeks, asking for the order tracking number, without any luck. Even UPS cannot find the details of this order in their records. This is poor customer service from The Product Wizard, and I want everyone in this forum to know that. I have ordered many products from many US and UK online stores in the past and I have never experienced any problem like this.
I should have received the package by now. I'd therefore appreciate it if anyone in this forum could PLEASE help by getting in touch with someone at The Product Wizard and convey my complaint.
