Secret UN meetings discussing UFOs Chaired by President of the General Assembly

The names of three senior officials who attended a series of secret United Nations meetings discussing recent UFO sightings have just been announced. Gilles Lorant, a French Aviation expert disclosed these names in a pre-interview discussion with a French radio journalist, Didier de Plaige (translation below) . Lorant revealed that the meetings he attended on February 13 and 14, were chaired by Srgjan Kerim, the President of the UN General Assembly. From photos shown to him, Lorant also identified the Vatican’s Apostolic Nuncio and Permanent Observer to the UN, Archbishop Celestino Migliore; and Sir John Sawers, Britain’s Permanent Representative to the United Nations. According to Loran, security at the meetings was not very tight and participants had to merely sign an “appreciation form” at their conclusion. Apparently, other more high security meetings were underway that were conducted behind chained doors with guards in front....

I have important information on the curriculum vitae of Gilles Lorant, and consequently his testimony about alleged meetings at the UN.

It was confirmed to me, Thursday evening - Paris time - by attorney Michel Algrin, Administrator of COMETA, that Gilles Lorant is not, and has never beeen, an auditor at the Institut des Hautes Etudes de Defense Nationale - The Institute of National Higher Defence Studies - contrary to one of his claims in his resume, which has been widely reproduced.

Michel Algrin, himself an auditor at IHEDN, like several members of COMETA, has had direct confirmation of that by the administration of IHEDN.

He asked me to quickly warn Lorant that IHEDN was going to sue him in the coming days, for usurpation of title - which may result, in France, in one year in jail and a penalty of 100,000 Euros.

So I warned him at once and he mmediately agreed to retract that claim. I think we have avoided him big trouble.

Michel Algrin also recommended I let this been known publicly, which is what I am doing now, here and on several French Lists.

I am also informing Lorant of that action.

BTW, it seems that he is/has not either a member, or correspondant of CNRS and CNES, but this needs still be confirmed.

As for the veracity of his testimony about alleged meetings at the UN, for me it has to be put in a "grey basket, as Stan Friedman would say.

There have been many recent developments in the area of UFO/ET disclosure. One of several sources that leaked information to the public on a secret UN UFO meeting has shown impressive credentials to UFO/ET investigators. When the information was first leaked one researcher Robert Morningstar was only allowed to state that this individual worked under an admiral at the Pentagon. While the furor over the UN meeting has been going on in America, France and around the world Brazilian Air Force generals are now pushing UFO disclosure openly in Brazil according to UFO investigator and UFO Magazine editor A. J. Gevaerd.

These are exciting times to be in the UFO/ET field. The best place for the public and the military to monitor rapid developments having to do with the UN meeting is on the Open Minds Discussion Board. Many uninformed critics from around the world of this UFO meeting have begun to fall upon their own swords and there is no way that I can recount in this article all the twists and turns taking place right under the noses of the brainwashed mainstream media. Anonymous Source Revealing Secret United Nations Meeting on ETs/UFOs Becomes More Credible

Veteran UFO researcher Robert VanDerClock has confirmed that he has met with and seen the credentials of an anonymous source who disclosed that a secret UN meeting had taken place on February 12 that discussed UFOs and extraterrestrial life. In a February 13 article first announcing the secret UN meeting, the anonymous source disclosed that the meeting was called in response to national governments concerns about increases in global UFO sightings. In a later article, the anonymous source, henceforth referred to as "Source A", disclosed a time table existed for full disclosure of extraterrestrial life by 2017. In a phone interview conducted with me on March 25, VanDerClock confirmed that he had met with Source A approximately one year earlier. At the time, Source A was accompanied by the same two New York researchers, Clay and Shawn Pickering, who were responsible for the initial release of information concerning the February 12 meeting.

At their meeting one year ago, VanDerClock personally reviewed the military credentials of Source A that were, in VanDerClock's opinion, "impeccable". Source A showed Vanderclock an album of his military service in classified facilities. This helps confirm some of the claims of Source A of having worked in classified facilities where he was exposed to projects involving extraterrestrial technology and life. Source A possessed, for example, a classified document he obtained in 1982 that detailed retrieval operations for crashed extraterrestrial vehicles that was another version of the famed Special Operations Manual that publicly emerged in 1994.

VanDerClock's confirmation of Source A's military background and service in highly classified facilities is significant since Source A claims he was instructed to brief the UN meeting on UFO sightings and extraterrestrial life under extraordinary security procedures. Source A had claimed that he was authorized leak information about the UN meeting, prior to its occurrence, by his superior, an undisclosed Navy admiral to the general public. The Pickering brothers claimed to have received the information on February 11, and relayed the information to me on February 12, soon after the meeting had taken place.

According to VanDerClock, Source A is very reliable and there is no reason to doubt what he has disclosed so far. VanDerClock believes Source A is being directed to release information by an admiral as Source A claims. Asked where he would place Source A in terms of a hypothetical credibility scale from zero to 100, VanDerClock replied, around 92%. Vanderclock ranks Source A's testimony very highly, and ranks him among the three most important whistleblowers he has come across. He places Source A alongside former military intelligence officer Lt Col. Philip Corso, Snr, and former NASA rocket specialist, Clark McClelland, as the three most significant 'insiders' to so far have revealed accurate information on UFOs and extraterrestrial life. Vanderclock was therefore highly confident that the secret UN meeting on UFOs/extraterrestrials occurred on February 12 as claimed by Source A.

Bob VanDerClock has been researching UFO's for 15 years and has done 76 public lectures and written several research papers. He served for three years in the U.S. military as an Army Intelligence agent during the Vietnam War performing military intelligence duties. He is currently a postmaster in the U.S. Postal Service. VanDerClock's testimony corroborates another researcher who also met with Source A and reviewed his credentials subsequent to the February 12 meeting. Robert Morningstar, Associate Editor of UFO Digest and a Vice Commander in the US Coast Guard Reserve, also confirmed Source A's credentials, and believes Source A is truthfully disclosing events as they have occurred. Consequently, VanDerClock has provided additional independent corroboration of the initial claims of the Pickering brothers concerning Source A's military background, and his background in classified projects. This helps further establish the credibility of Source A's original claims that he was responsible for a briefing to the UN on UFOs and extraterrestrial life, and had been authorized to disclose this to the general public.

Lukas, I wasn't aware of any confirmation by Disclosure Project. If you have any relevant information, please post it.

Here's a reference to a 'UN Space Division' from a 1982 article about Elizabeth Klarer:

Yes, you are right. It seems there's no relevant confirmation at least dirctly for Disclosure Project. I think I noticed some remark in Coast to Coast presentation text on Dr. Steven Greer. I'll will look for a link if it's possible to find.

Further Secret UN Meetings on UFOs/Extraterrestrial Life are occuring according to credible military whistleblower

According to a credible military-diplomatic source, the UN has held four secret meetings discussing UFOs and extraterrestrial life in addition to the meeting(s) claimed to have occurred on February 12(& 13-14). Further details of the UN UFO discussions were announced in an update released by veteran UFO researcher Robert Morningstar, and Clay and Shawn Pickering on June 1 after their meeting with the anonymous military diplomatic source on May 19 ( http://www.ufodigest.com/news/0608/how-cover-works.html ). Source A, as he has subsequently been known, claims to have been authorized to disclose the information by a secret UFO working group comprising several U.S Navy admirals. Though the working group was not officially part of the U.S. Department of the Navy, it apparently was intent on promoting U.S. Navy interests vis-à-vis management and control of information on extraterrestrial life. The most recent UN meeting on UFOs/extraterrestrial life was claimed to have occurred on May 19. It allegedly focused on the issue of the media's ridiculing of the UFO/ET phenomenon as an impediment to disclosure..........
