How can I motivate my students to edit or how can I make editing fun?

Edit or revise? (I thought you were going with revision.) What are you going to look at? How are you going to see if you are successful? (What kinds of data are you going to collect?)

revise

I'm changing to revision. I'm a little fuzzy on how to gather numerical data. I definately can use surveys for attitude and perhaps ask the students if they know how to revise. I also will use reflection of student performance. I have already started collaborating with colleagues to get information on what they have found helpful.
