| Irish Coffee:
300ml Jameson Whiskey
15ml sugar syrup
coffee
cream
Fill Goblet Glass with hot coffee and add spirit and sugar if required. Float cream on top but do not stir.

Jamaican Coffee:
30ml Jamaican Rum
coffee
cream
Fill Goblet glass with hot coffee, add liqueur and sugar if required. Float cream on top but do not stir.
