On the stove melt 50 grams of unsalted butter and 1/2 a cup of brown sugar plus two tablespoons of Golden Syrup, stand aside.
In a large bowl mix 2 cups of Self Raising Flour and 1 Tablespoon of Bi Carbonate of soda, grated rind of one orange, 2 eggs 1/4 cup of brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of fresh ground ginger, 1 cup of milk 1/2 cup of vegetable oil and 1/3 of a cup of Golden syrup.
Pour the stove mix into a cake tin, on top place pineapple rings and half a cup of glazed ginger, pour the cake mix on and bang on the container to release air, bake in oven for 45 to 50 minutes on 180% remove from oven cool, turn cake upside down and dust with icing sugar.

Not sure about frogs legs LOL ewwwww but am thinking up a nice crayfish recipe for you......am thinking actually of a nice recipe for Tamarind soup made with fish heads prawns and fish balls .........its called Sinigong soup( not sure of spelling ) a specialty soup of the philippines...have to think about the recipe and will post it this week for you !!

You do not like frog legs, I thought some of everyone like frog legs. They are so common in Cuisines in Europe, Asia and the Americas. Well mainly from the big name countries such as the U.S.A, France, Brasil and China. What about Turtle Soup or Rabbit meat, I know you ate those two before right?
