SAUCE IT UP

SOY AND GINGER

Combine a half cup each of soy sauce and green ginger wine with two teaspoons of crushed fresh garlic and lemon zest


SWEET AND SOUR

Heat 2/3 cup of pineapple juice, 1/4 of a cup of tomatoe sauce and 1 tablespoon each of vinegar and sugar in a pan. Thicken with 2 teaspoons of cornflour blended with a little water


CHILLI AND GARLIC WITH HONEY

Heat 2 tablespoons crushed fresh garlic and 1 tablespoon each of chopped chilli and lemon juice and honey. Add 1/2 cup white vinegar and stir until hot

SPICED PLUM

Remove the stones from 4 canned plums and process in a blender with 1/4 cup each of water and sweet chilli sauce, add chinese five spice powder to taste
